Green Pearls brings music, culture, and connection together through intimate live performances.
Green Pearls is a Vancouver-based musical storytelling duo created by Brazilian artists Tânia Grinberg and Mauro Perelmann. Through live music, storytelling, atmosphere, and audience connection, the duo creates intimate performances rooted in Sephardic, Brazilian, and multicultural traditions.
Their current performance, El Tesoro de Sefarad, explores Ladino songs and stories carried through generations of the Sephardic diaspora. The show combines evocative melodies, traditional songs, historical narratives, humor, and emotional storytelling in a format designed to feel immersive and human rather than simply performative.
